Two Fuel Options. One Compact Grill.

The DFG TrailFire Dual-Fuel Overland Grill gives you the freedom to cook with propane when you need fast and convenient heat or switch to charcoal when you want the traditional outdoor grilling experience.

Its compact folding design makes it easy to transport inside an SUV, truck, camper, RV, off-road trailer, or overland drawer system. Once folded, the TrailFire measures approximately 2 inches thick, while the complete packed setup measures approximately 3 inches thick inside the included carrying bag.

Propane Cooking

The propane burner provides quick startup, convenient heat adjustment, and easier cleanup when you do not want to prepare charcoal.

The TrailFire includes the propane burner assembly, regulator, and hose. A compatible propane cylinder is required and is sold separately.

Charcoal Cooking

For traditional grilling, the charcoal tray allows you to cook directly over charcoal.

Always disconnect and safely move the propane cylinder away from the grill before operating it in charcoal mode.

Foldable Overland Design

The TrailFire is built around a compact folding structure that allows the grill to pack into a slim carrying case.

Its compact profile makes it suitable for:

  • Overland vehicles
  • SUVs and pickup trucks
  • Rear drawer systems
  • Camping trailers
  • RV storage compartments
  • Tailgating setups
  • Camp kitchens
  • Emergency outdoor cooking kits

Stainless-Steel Construction

The grill body is manufactured from stainless steel for outdoor durability, corrosion resistance, and easier maintenance.

The brushed stainless-steel finish gives the TrailFire a rugged appearance designed to complement overland and camping equipment.

Heat discoloration may naturally develop after repeated use. This is normal for stainless steel exposed to high cooking temperatures and does not affect performance.

Main Cooking Grate and Warming Rack

The TrailFire includes a main cooking surface for grilling meat, vegetables, seafood, and other camp meals.

The elevated warming rack provides additional space for keeping food warm, lightly toasting bread, or cooking items farther away from the main heat source.
